BACKGROUND: Hello, So my ideas for being the manager of this business is to show 2 sided world for example Yama has his 2 faced personality and this business will be similar. In public the shop will look real normal shop and will rp normally as a mary seller, cashier and so on. Other side.. If one of our worker(s) caught a customer or thief taking stuff then they will be brought to the back room and be "searched" There are steps of course.. 1st just asking questions where they from and personal identity, and if this person does not coorporate then goes to next stage. 2. Search more.... will be asked either the shop shall call the police or we take care of them....if they say no cops...it will be either we find them after work since we know how he or she look like and possibly to have their address from first step and get on them after work in disguise.... Depends on the situations and an agreement with other player, we may or may not teach thieves a lesson in the back room.. 3. If a person get busted 3rd time. We may capture them either in a back room or possible capture place in Deadend and probably put them to rent out to other doms who are willing..of course after the agreement. So other than that, we will be a normal "nice and lovely" workers who are trying to make money... New employees will feel very welcomed showing nice side of face and slowly will show them how we actually work here....

UNIQUE: When you love in this sim and keep your rp as real as possible, your avi do need stuff to eat and drink, and sure there may be a workless people or a brat who would attenpt to break in and steal stuff so we are aiming to RP with them.

EXPERIENCE:Been playing as 2 faced guy, fake nice guy and brat nasty minded guy. That may give a nice kick to the store..and thought give it a try as far as it goes, my another experiences are being a leader of a mc and may be able to bring that up once this business starts.

IDEAS:Whoever sign up for the business will be guided oocly first how things goes and when they understands fully then will let them work as an employee. Until then they will be under Training

OTHER:Planing on all 50% off to clean up the old stocks and to get customers attentions. Will be a sale week for that whole week.
