BACKGROUND: I would direct the Mart as a place that people want to go to and Role play at. A regular day would include daily staff thru out the Mart , Various Role Plays such as people trying to steal from the store , Armed robbery. I would make new employees feel like if they show me they are real about the store that they can exceed in advantages and promotions and raises. I would fit in as management because my character in DE is a natural leader and she has a way with others and has the brains to run a business.

UNIQUE: It'll be a organized group of people working together , from the outside it looks like a normal mart , But on the inside their is SO much more happening that you'd have to see to believe.

EXPERIENCE:In my Real Life I am a Manager at my fathers restaurant witch I soon will own , I have a natural leadership role inside, I am a people person and I am very organized with everything I do. I know I can make the Mart stand out more then it ever has and create a atmosphere.

IDEAS:I plan on explaining the ropes and the quality that I am looking for to work here at the Mart. New players on the Sim I would speak to them OOC about how things are done and see if they would be interested before engaging RP. because the Mart won't be ran like any regular Mart it'll be bigger then anyone's expectations.

OTHER:I would have posters thru out the town explaining the date of the re-opening and what I would do for the event would be stands of food from Slims some tables set out on the street so people could sit and mingle and possibly a live DJ , I would offer free liquor threw out the night to all the patrons who would arrive at the gathering a long with a wrestling terminate that the patrons can choose to participate in.
