BACKSTORY: Kerrigan (my character) has a background of a prior job in PI services. Having been stranded in DE, she wants to take up the business there. she has a benefactor and equal partner in Dr. Skiz Abramovic. The services will basically be, to find people for a certain rate. Anyone who can pay for the service can use it - jealous exes, corrupt gang leaders, loan sharks.

UNIQUE: Currently, a lot of people in DE have issues with people. The police are not an option, so HeadHunters would offer that 'no legal ties' option to the populace. Though the business on the surface would be above board, there is a LOT of room for corruption. (Bribes, extra payments to take action on cases, the hacking of government files) and would offer job opportunities as well as RP for everyone.

EXP:I have lead factions in many sims - I have RPed in Dead and Crack Den for several years (Dead end on and off) and know the dynamics of the sim - I invite all kinds of RP and all kinds of people. I very rarely ignore a post and like to create stories everyone can involve themselves in.

IDEAS:the business itself invites an alternative to the law without being over - aggressively UNlawful. So the more subtle, "paperwork" type criminals would have a place to source their own lines. - anyone could use the service. ANYONE - which would create many different scenarios. Fights, murders, jealous exes dumping clothes into the street. Theres a ton of ways the service could be used so anyone could use it for most desires. Both ICly and OOCly, working with the newspaper would be a good venture. HHs would find things out first, and be able to relay stories to the press, helping people get more info.

OTHER:I am aware of the potential problems such a business might cause with metagaming - but id like to offer my sincerity in saying that my own personal rp has no room for not playing fair. Anyone who becomes a part of this venture will be removed from it as soon as i catch wind of them not playing nice with other kids. Its going to be played correctly, and this is what will make it AWESOME.
