PROPOSAL BY: Grash Uriza

GROUP NAME: First Odessa Savings And Loan

TYPE: Bank \ Finance

SLURL: Teleport

BACKSTORY: The Bank was specifically put into Odessa District (Odessa Drop) because Sy and myself are trying to build the "Grash Uriza" character for Dead Drop and integrate him into Sy's RP network. By making him the head of the Bank here, and have the bank be the front for all three Odessa Parcels, it helps explain Grash's IC 1% A-hole Attitude.

UNIQUE: AFAIK, there is no IC Bank or other financial institution It's also a smaller bank, so at face value it's Community focused. So it's easily can be highly corrupt... or literately take an arm or an leg! (lol) It's a bank founded on dirty dirty money. Hey, Money is Money, how its made doesn't concern Grash. (Note: this can be a source of IC conflict as necessary. "Where's the Money, Lebowski?")

EXP:* Sy will be a contact OOC for the business as well. * Extensive Experience in game design, development, and LARP administration.

IDEAS:Well, "Hunt the Loan Dead Beat" sounds fun. One thing that can happen is that because the Bank owns the parcels IC, we could be approached by someone to put a business on our parcels. If we like the idea, we could support them to help get them established ICly in the DE narrative. If it goes well and things pick up, it is likely to see that business become IC official and\or move into DE Proper. So, we're a potential IC incubator.

OTHER:I used to live in Rhode Island. The state has had to deal with two different banking crisis in its past. So some of the things IC I'll be doing will be from that old corrupt playbook.
