BACKGROUND: Dead End is a low class city steeped in crime and a permanent economic downturn. The 8's should reflect that. It should be low class and allow if not outright encourage all the ills of such a society. People new to Dead End often see the 8's as one of the first landmarks stepping off the bus. A girl could get a job there and perhaps not end up sleeping on the streets that night. Although she might get dragged into the basement after her shift. Bad things happen in this city. Anjel is an established pimp and drug dealer and in his mind... those things should be promoted. Who knows... a two dollar beer and twenty bag of blow. Toss in a few more bucks and buy a whore... or what we call a damned good night. He's not avoid violence.. using it to control the masses or instill fear. 8's should be that place that people fear just a little bit... but still go in for a cheap drink because a beer costs less than a light bill.

UNIQUE: Businesses in Dead End... tend to make people forget the poverty around them. he Eight's will exploit that. It's low class, low brow and low cost. There will not be fancy events and parties. There will no Gala events... there will be bouncers who take no shit... Bartenders who remind you of Cheers and Devil's Rejects all at once and the likely hood that you'll either get drunk or beat down at any given moment.It will be a place where those who can't or choose not to do better come to let off steam.

EXPERIENCE:I have run businesses in Dead End for years. I believe most would say those were popular and successful sites during my ownership. I have been a sim admin and sim owner in second life over he years. However I think my best quality is knowing to surround myself with great rpers that add to he business and bring impactful rp to the sim.

IDEAS:The 8's offers several avenues for new players. There will always be jobs for them. Or perhaps a player wishes a victims role. Can't pay your tab... well we've got your number. Need your boyfriend roughed up...Well our bouncers are not above moonlighting. However I honestly think the best way to engage new players is to simply provide an active rp environment and just engage them.

OTHER:The Eights is low class. I don't think extravagant events fit it's style. Free beer and pool is more it's style.. However Anjel could use is connections in town to throw a block party, providing food and drinks. And a brawl of course.
