BACKGROUND: I would build it up make a few party swith in the Bar and i would make new employees feel included by keeping contact with them and asking if they had any ideas to get the bar up and running

UNIQUE: I would Try and build a Group with in the Bar that would get reconized as a strong gang that would not be messed with with in Dead End City
