BACKGROUND: I would be using it for those who need a quick place to stay. I'd have events like "pay for one night get a girl to keep the bed warm". I could easily make employees by just getting out there and seeing what poor person would need a job. Dmitri is very watchful and charming so he would easily persuade someone to stay at the motel and they may even pay a little extra for a night with him.

UNIQUE: We will offer other services on the side. "You want it, Dick's halfway inn's got it" that's the motto.

EXPERIENCE:I use to run a pub/inn in another rp sim that got shut down. It was fun and I would like to get back into helping another sim with some more rp.

IDEAS:Give them everything they want/need, but with a fee. My employees will have to be sure they actually do their work or they will be fired.

OTHER:Throw a huge party with food, strippers, alcohol and drugs (long as the cops don't show up)
