BACKGROUND: I would strive to make the Motel a regularly used place for couples to escape the craziness of the DE streets. As far as events go, I would have to think on that one. I am good with managing people, and my employees would look up to me and respect me, therefore keeping them happy by working for me. My character has owned her own company that bought and sold failing companies. They would pick them up from their financial hole, build the business up, and then resell it. Managing a business in Dead End would be perfect for my character.

UNIQUE: By getting to know the customers/people that frequent the motel. Inviting them back, handing out coupons, weekly rates etc.

EXPERIENCE:Personally I am a manger in RL... I know how to handle and deal with people. In SL, I have owned and managed my own club. Hired and Fired DJs and dancers.

IDEAS:Introducing myself and making them feel welcomed. Showing/telling them how the job is expected to be done... Basically giving them my expectations of what it required of them. New players, being friendly, welcoming them, thanking them, making them feel that they can talk to me any time they need to. My char is very friendly in general.

OTHER:Holding a Barbecue for the community... Kind of a meet and greet, handing out coupons for nightly and weekly rates for Dick's Motel.
