BACKGROUND: Since the motel is close to the Red light District, it would be a good business idea to incorporate the business and the clientele from that location. The business idea for more traffic would be to appeal toward the Alternative & Hidden Desires type of crowd especially those with a darker sense of kink. As far as employees,I would like to set schedules and duties according to there IC time on the sim as well as allowing to "run" their personal business such as drug selling, prostitution,etc. Of course,'Nique wouldn't be left out since she is an out for profit type of character. My character is drawn to the dark type of lifestyle as long as she can obtain under the table top of profit. Being in or close to the Red District works for her,She is a predator. She uses people for her personal gain. So working in the motel is one of the perfect places for her.

UNIQUE: I don't now how much you can make a motel stand out from other but I believe the "hidden" activity that can be fronted by the motel will draw traffic and role play towards it. I would like to see it being used for underground activity such as gang hideouts, Drug parties, Clientele from the red district business as well as unsuspecting victims looking for a place to stay. As the manager, I would also like to certain illicit type of parties.

EXPERIENCE:I would like to think I am well rounded person. I love to lead a helping hand to see things succeed. I give 110% support for anything positive. I have a problem taking constructive direction and I don't mind taking lead if the need occurs. I have lead a few businesses on other role play sims with moderate success but with each lead, I strive to become better.To incorporate the things I found to work and to learn from things that didn't.

IDEAS:Being that I am a newly released character at DE and for some reason I always juoin RP sims that have established characters and I truly understand how difficult and intimidating it is to find a way in to the life of the sim. After joining a sim and "releasing" my character, I tend to seek out the newer members just to introduce myself and just to get to the characters. I let them know that I am approachable for any type of story line or just a scene. For "new Hires" I would hold a meet and greet among employees. That way we can learn about each other and hopefully get a story line involving all our characters asides from just running the motel business

OTHER:I recently bought a Key Party game and dying to use it in some form. I would like to hold a meet and greet Key Party. Open Mind & Kinky required. Sim DJ,Dancing Food & Drinks and then "after hour" activity. It's a motel after all:)
