BACKGROUND: As manager I would basically run things par for the course as they should be, I don't see much point in improving things as the dark nature of the motel is probably what draws people to it in this RP environment. However I would promote more RP at the location/draw characters to the location by centering the beginning of my story in DE there (I am usually a CD-only character but would like to start transitioning over so that I can play Brandie in both cities.)

UNIQUE: As said above I would just like to make more of an interest for people to RP at this location and create a dark storyline of my own with this as a center location for my character as it would be her place of work.

EXPERIENCE:I have spent 6 years RP'ing in Crack Den and I am OOCly and nearly IC familiar with a high percentage of the people who play in both CD and DE. I don't do drama, I am a fair and easygoing person who likes to play by the book when it comes to OOC rules and things of that nature (not so much ICly, but who is!). I am on a level playing field with most people and don't have any enemies, so I think I would be a good choice for the manager of a business.

IDEAS:As far as engaging new players I usually OOCly invite people to start RP or join RP or mention to them that my character does work at a certain place ICly so that there might be an interest in RP there.

OTHER:If allowed possibly spruce up the place with a bit of new furniture, possibly have some type of even like a Grand Re-opening party with advertising on twitter and at the location of the motel itself. Perhaps spread fliers around ICly (NCs.) Or something as simple as offering 1 night free ICly to draw people in for RP. It depends on what would make sense and be allowed OOCly.
