Dead Drop Halfway House

BACKGROUND: Business Description: A Halfway House/Drug Rehabilitation Center that would be very close to DEMH, just down the hill into Dead Drop. The purpose of the Halfway House is to provide continued treatment for patients released from the Asylum and for those that are determined by the courts to be in need of Drug Rehabilitation treatment. A drug addict would be sent to DEMH for detox, then on to the Halfway House for extended treatment before being released onto the streets of Dead End, supposedly completely Rehabilitated and a productive member of society. This proposal would serve to promote more role play and story line development using the Asylum and DEMH. Allowing for longer term storylines over the patch and go role play that is predominant in the hospital. ( Example being fight injuries with 4 – 24 hours in a bed on the ward.) • Allows deeper storylines to be developed with Drug Detox treatment. • It will bring the Asylum more storylines and role-play. • The Halfway house would extend a persons storyline • It would provide jobs for Counselors and Therapists. • Group Therapy sessions weekly, AA and NA meetings as monthly events As with most everything in Dead End there is also the subplots that would exist with the Dead Drop Halfway House. Kidnapping of citizens, dragging them into the back door of the Halfway house, drugging them into some psychotic behavior that would fast track them up into the Asylum. Perfect revenge for someone that ticks you off and you want them to pay a rather gruesome price. Let us not forget our wonderfully corrupt officers and court judges. There is the potential for DEPD to add to a repeat offenders sentence, sending them into treatment at Dead Drop Halfway House for a short behavioral adjustment period. I would like to see the DEMH, DEPD and the Courts, all open to working with the Halfway House. This would give DEPD the three day sentence, or whatever time they have a citizen, to observe and send them on to the Asylum or Halfway house for further observation (Asylum) or Support and Treatment, ( Halfway House). Deeper behind this would be The Cult who might just have their own controls in both the Asylum and Dead Drop Halfway house. In the Asylum, Princess could very possibly be doing experiments on drug combination used by the Cult for any number of nasty things that could happen to Dead End Citizens. In the Halfway house there would be mind control experiments going on in efforts to learn better and better ways to control a persons mind and prompt them to do whatever dastardly deed The Cult would need done. My role in the Halfway House would appear on the surface to be that of Director and Administrator for the Programs of Treatment. I would be working in conjunction with DEMH Medical and Psychiatric Staff. Behind the scenes I would be doing much of the Mind Control experiments for The Cult. With The Cults involvement there is also the Halfway house, where Mela could very well refer homeless to the Halfway house for therapy and possible rehabilitation. Above all, I have thought this out and considered all the advice and council I have received. After well over a year in Dead End I believe that the Halfway House would only work well if it is tied to DEMH ( Medical and Psychiatric Staff) and also working with DEPD. I have discussed this with Dion and Princess including their input. I will respond to questions as best I can, but RL might make it a bit slow. Thank you.

EXPERIENCE:I have been around DE long enough to want to be deeper involved. I sincerely wanted to find a way to tie together more RP. The opportunity to pull together the Asylum, and other RP was perfect.
