GROUP NAME: DE Cinema

TYPE: Theater and social gathering/event location

BACKSTORY: The Cinema is currently leaderless and so lacks direction to hold employees to man it. Those that do Start working there, quickly lose interest since they have no direction, and noone to role play with. Nikol has worked at the Cinema for a while now and I would like to take over that vacant manager position.

UNIQUE: Since the DE cinema is an already established business and unique as is, I will focus on the things I wish to do with it. First and foremost I want to create a cohesive team of employees to work in the Cinema. My ultimate goal for this team would be to have enough to have at least one there at most times that DE is busy. I would like to expand on the available roles within the Cinema group. Having only one role is a bit dull, and adding a couple more will help liven it up. I would like to freshen up the movie posters. Since I have been working at the Cinema, there have been the same posters. I would like to put a "now showing" sign above the two by the hall to the elevator, and change those to whatever the current movies are. Then, as we choose new movies, I would cycle them through the posters on the side wall. This leads to a big improvement. I would like to play movies on the movie screen. I have been told that the screen is set up for it, and I'd like to use it. One idea I have for this is a separate group for Cinema ideas. This group will be open to all DE members to submit their ideas for movies they would like to see and events they would be interested in attending. The last idea I have right now, is cross promotional events like the planned "Spunk-O-Rama" event. I would like to continue and expand on that idea. One Idea I have is company movie parties.

EXP:I am very easy to get along with, and not quick to dismiss an idea that may not be quite the direction I was seeing. I am open to the idea that mine are not always the best possible idea available, and therefore open to the input of others. I work collaboratively with others for the best result. I am creative and analytical which often leads to innovative and well though out ideas.

OTHER:The people I have role played with find my ideas to be unique and enjoyable, and I typically do not end up with one night scenes. 😉
