warumono-modesaidDaughter Law office TYPE: Law office SLURL: na BACKGROUND: Helping the criminal masses of deadend out of those sticky little situations they seem to find themselves in! UNIQUE: EXPERIENCE:Let me start off by saying with my absents I’ve had A LOT of time to think about this. I’ve mulled it over and considered just going another direction with my character. I do not feel like I can, I love the law roleplay. I feel like its where my character is best suited. Is he the best attorney money can buy, probably not but he tries really hard! I realize that man power in this field is low, and hard to come by. So why do I want to run this business? Because I love it, and I can’t see myself doing anything else with this character! In my opinion though, the defense and prosecution should be separate entities in deadend. The defense attorneys shouldn’t have to answer to the other side of the playing field with their cases. That is why I am offering to deadend to open a private law office for the defense side. I love Braeden as an attorney, he’s a fuck up let’s face it. He gets himself and sometimes his clients into trouble. An Ex-Criminal turned wanna be do gooder who drinks way too much and tries to suppress his rapie tendencies. I want to open the old tea house up as a law office not just for myself but for other people who feel like they need their own space away from the official law office that houses the city attorneys. Deadend citizens don’t have a lot of money and as part of the separation can be ordered by the city to offer legal services to the indigent of deadend. A public defender that can help them out of sticky situations. In order to receive a public defender you will have to meet certain IC guidelines. Be either broke as shit and can’t afford one or be bat shit crazy and in need of one! I mean come on who doesn’t want to represent the poor and fuckers that might stab you and everyone else for that matter, because they’re off their rockers? Sounds like a fun gig to me! In all honestly I’m good at the roleplay, it’s where I enjoy my time roleplaying as lawyer. I want to make the roleplay that much more realistic by opening this venue for those who want to branch out from the official law office, start fresh with other defense attorney’s. I mean we will be having some pretty unsavory characters coming through the office, and as their attorney’s we have to help them in any way possible. Whether it’s hiding their drugs before court or a voluntary turn in. Leaving it open for the attorney’s not so well liked being put in a bad situation if searched! The roleplay could be endless for the police, and the prosecutors to rp either a love hate relationship or just a hate hate one! I really think this might help with the staggeringly empty roleplay we have right now with the attorney side of the law. It will also make it more fun for myself and fellow defense attorney’s if we don’t have to answer to the DA about our actions unless they are criminal of course because we'll be on the same side of the table as the criminals we are representing, or how we treat or defend our clients!
