BACKSTORY: New years eve came a new night for two women of dead end. After discovering that one had a good handle on how the kitchen works. Fae and Evi discussed plans of opening a restaurant. They had decided, since the closing of the Jade Dragon, the citizen of this fair city needed a decent place to sit down and eat as well as a semi decent place, you know besides the bedroom, to take a date. The idea behind the cafe is that it will be a sit down, food service place, specializing in a deli style atmosphere, soups, sandwiches and a few other special order foods that are made fresh in the kitchen every day. The main focus is the food and atmosphere, cafe style dining, light and fresh .. .well as fresh as the drug addict npc cook makes it on Tuesdays that is. Just kidding.

UNIQUE: Cloud 9 is designed to be a sit down and eat kind of place, serving more cafe/deli style food. The RH has the coffee and sweets and the pizza slut has well .. pizza, this is to give the citizen more of an option of a place to eat. It can also serve as a new place for people to go on dates as it offers full service, no booze or anything like that and the coffee sucks but hey its food right?

EXP:Both owners have been around Dead End for some time and have experience roleplaying ands the knowledge of the sim. They are both determined to see some change and encourage roleplay with in the sim.

IDEAS:Date nights and a gathering place for people when they want something different. The cafe would have specisl 2 for 1 deals for couples on their first or 50th date.

OTHER:Both Fae and I have been memebers of the DE community for a while, and I like to think we're sensitive to the community's needs. We have a couple of ideas for fun community events, specifically a kind of scavanger hunt to mark our opening if approved. As well, we have waitress uniforms that will be handed out to employees for free to wear at work. We thought this would be a fun little extra for the people working at Cloud 9, and the patrons.
