BACKGROUND: The Bitch will provide DE with literally any music need that one could come up with. Need new strings for your guitar? Got 'em. Want to buy a Smiths album, or a Matt and Kim album and become the true hipster you were meant to be? We got you covered. Wanna record a cover or something for a mixtape for that sly honey in your life? You are solid, man. Don't know how to play the drums but you wanna keep your roommate awake until 5AM every morning? We just got a shipment of snares in for you. Because Cas runs Cerberi as well, all of the wonderful services that the gang offers, such as drugs because every gang deals drugs, are offered at Bitch Records. Convenient, huh? Possible events can consist of rogue radio broadcasts, open mics, concerts, underground dance parties, and contests for free tunes, free instruments, free recording sessions, etc.

EXPERIENCE:I thought Dead End has a strong lack of collective culture that was specific to the city. Most major cities have a music scene, theater scene, /entertainment/ scene of some kind and it just felt like there was an empty hole for me. Cas had been in a band prior to coming to DE, and she Dj'd her way through college so it felt like a nice fit. Finally getting to RP with music being a presence is something that I'm hella interested in. c; I've been in DE for years. It's a trip but, just like Cas, I went through trials of differing situations to understand what works and what doesn't. Cas has owned Spunk, managed at Lulu's, and she currently manages Irezumi , plus she's parading around with Cerberi. Already being a mentor/leader has given me the know-how of what to go about doing in order to be a success not only for myself but for others as well. But yeah, it's basically a music shop that sells music and has a really awesome chill-out couch area. Plus you can smoke inside and there's pizza right up the road. It's like high school all over again without the bullying twats, locker combinations, and homework.
