BACKGROUND: I would provide an IC connection for the business rental process. People who are interested in running a business in DE already work with me on an OOC level, and by doing this I would offer the option to assist the IC side of the process to make it more immersive (for those who so chose). If you are interested in leasing an apartment or land I can act as an IC real estate agent and 'show properties', assist in loans, etc. I would also be granted a piece of the pie, so to speak, by Morgan and Morgan, who own the majority of the land in DE (ic of course.) I could play the part of slum lord for our properties, make the living experience more realistic. Provide IC rent hikes, refuse to fix problems and things of that nature.
