Summary of Events:
Smith states that Rhiemer broke in to her apartment on 08 DEC 2011 and attacked her. He drugged her, raped her and tattooed a choker around her neck. Rhiemer is described as tall, long red hair, medium build. Rhiemer has been harrassing Smith since mid October.
