Assault on the staff, Terrorizing

Further Action:
The assailant was found bound in a straight jacket upon our arrival on scene. Officer Manx was first on scene and started to manage the patient. A member of the hospital staff was found treating the victim, no other victims were found on scene. The patient was led towards the elevator by Officer Manx while officers Bellic and Shara stood backup. When they arrived at the elevator the patient/suspect started to resist. Officer Manx was pushed into the wall and the patient went to make his escape. Officer Manx and Officer Bellic pulled taser, Officer Manx fired on the patient and the patient was taken back into the custody of the DEMH Asylum staff.
