Summary of Events:
Called to scene of possible assault in Dead Drop.. found victim with two broken ankles.. broken hand and broken wrist both left.. Victim also had broken nose.. When asked who did it he stated that it was Bill Van Horn, some German woman and a masked male with an Asian accent.. Pt later administered Iv morphine by EMS and was no longer able to answer questions.. Will return for further investigation into this matter..
