Dead End Police Department Incident Report

Incident Time and Date:
1/1/2012, 1900 hours.

Incident Location:
Alley beside the Shelter.

Officers Attending:
Officer Refenoir, Officer Snow

Alleged Offense Committed:
Assault, battery, assault with a deadly weapon, attempted rape.

Further Action:
Suspect was unidentified, further investigation required.

Victim:
Perrin; Yva Arshay

Suspect:
Unidentified: Curly black hair to her shoulders, and she was really tanned, Mexican maybe, wearing black trousers, black biker jacket and she had a cross tattoo on her stomach.

Witnesses:
Perrin; Shade Manx (witnessed Perp escaping)

Items Stolen or Taken:
None

Weapons Used:
Knife, assumed.

Evidence Recovered:
Witness testimony, none other available - too many people contaminated crimescene.

Summary of Events:
"I was talking to a friend; when he left the woman came over. She asked for a cigarette; I gave her one and then she pulled a knife on me. She told me to drop my trousers. She...said she was going to fucking fist me. I tried to push her away, and she grabbed me by the hair, dragging me off into the alley, in broad bloody daylight. No one even helped! She grabbed my throat, trying to strangle me and i passed out, when I woke up that boy was there...Perrin, and she had stabbed him. He must have been trying to help. She had....pulled my trousers down and she was trying to...fist me. That's when the redhead (Manx) came....and then the woman ran....She had curly black hair, to her shoulders, and she was really tanned, mexican maybe, wearing black trousers, black biker jacket and she had a cross tattoo on her stmoach." ~Victim Testimony, Yve
