Civil suit against the PD

Brought by: Derek Dravonich

Mr. Dravonich is filing a civil rights action against the DEPD and in particular Vanora Blackheart under 42 U.S.C. 1983 for civil rights violations, to whit his false arrest which is in clear retaliation for the DE daily, at which he is a reporter, for unflattering articles written about the DEPD. As retaliation is a clear violation of his first amendment rights under federal law.
