Psychological evaluation at the time of departure from the children’s home which was about 10 years prior
Patient: Martina Kells
Gender: Female
Age: 15
Summary of patient history:
No known parents. Was dropped off at a hospital at about the age of 5 with a head injury. All that was left was a birth certificate stating that she was born in Ohio and her date of birth. Her name, the names of the parents had been cut out, as well as the hospital name. We named her Martina Kells.
She has proven to be fully functional after recovering from her head injury. We suspect it was caused by blunt force trauma and that the parents might have been too scared to bring her to the hospital because she might have been the victim of abuse. Of course this is all pure speculation, but the markings on her body indicate that she had been hit repeatedly in the past. An x-ray showed a few fractures that have healed.
She was born in the United States and has never left to our knowledge, yet she speaks with a mild Australian accent. She probably suffers from foreign language syndrome due to her head injury, though we have never known her to speak in a different accent. Her parents might have been Australian.
However, as the patient has now reached the age of 15, she has shown in inclination towards women and deviant behavior. We recommend that she now be released from the home and into the foster care system.
Report from the foster care system:
Martina Kells has disappeared from the home in which she was placed. No known whereabouts. She was 16 years of age at the time of departure. She insisted on being called Marty, is a metal head and has been involved in underage drinking. She had also started a relationship with a girl who ended up joining a gang. That girl died shortly after from a gang war. It is not known if Martina had joined a gang, but she kept to herself and seemed more of the loner.
