Hey, guys. While I am still hoping to be involved with DE and the DEPD I have talked to a few people and it has been decided that it is best that I step down as the captain of the police. I am not online enough and unable to really be able to be in charge.

Life has been extremely difficult for me since just before Baber and I moved in together (unrelated to him - he fucking rocks). Between my health, stress about finances, and family problems I haven't had the time or the mind power to really be on and most times I log in I end up wandering aimlessly for a few hours before logging off. This is nobody's fault, but I agree that I am incapable of properly leading a group. As such, I will be filling in a Lieutenant role in the DEPD rather than the Captain.

I apologize to anyone that this change may affect, but my life has not given me much of a choice and while I have truly loved leading the DEPD and have worked very hard to transform it into a more successful and effective group my time in that role has come to a close.

I will still be on as I am able, Flak's story will still continue, and I am not leaving DE by any stretch of the imagination. The police department's leadership will be given over to Shade Manx who has proven that she is more than capable of handling the place in my absence and is a wonderful leader and great roleplayer. She is also a great friend and I am very glad that it is her that is taking over the position.
