BACKSTORY: Noelani use to be a nurse at DE hospital. Due to personal issues after her assault by a DE police officer, and a scandal at the hospital itself, she left. She had originally come to DE to find her missing boy friend, but through careful research, she has, by this point figured that he is dead. She did have the credentials to be a licensed massage therapist, due to her nursing degree, so she has pursed that avenue. In the past, she was a nurse, working at DE hospital. She was very good in her job, but there was a patient... a young boy with terminal cancer. She became very close to him, and when the time came, that morphine no longer eased his pain, she secretly increased the dosage so that he would die peacefully in his sleep. A review of the records in the case by hospital administrators revealed what she had done. Rather than turn her into the medical board for discipline, or the police for criminal prosecution ... out of fear of reprisal lawsuits from the parents... she was quietly dismissed with a healthy severance package. Only a few know what really happened, and of course Noelani does not want to go to jail. So, perhaps some of the 'criminal' elements find out about it and black mail her into doing it... so, there might be a 'secret surgery' room added (perhaps expand into the 'sex museum'.)

UNIQUE: The idea is to provide a place of relaxation, it the realm of stress that is Dead End. "Relax, rest, be happy." is the motto of the place. Walking into the shop, one would find Japanese wind chimes, aroma therapy candles, and a variety atmospheric things to put a client at ease. In addition, Noelani's therapy can legitimately speed up the recovery of injuries and things, so the DE Police department officers might frequent there, as anyone recovering from a debilitating injury. At least that is the upfront story. Secretly, Noelani is treating injuries for those criminal elements that a real hospital would draw too much attention. (so there would need to be a secret operating room).

EXP:I've been role playing for many, many years... decades. I'm a mature person, with a positive attitude, and look forward to having fun!

IDEAS:Not exactly sure about the OOC thing other than I know that I am easy to get along with, and a very giving role player... IClly, the business will provide a place that is really unique and interesting to DE that is not overtly sexual or a bar. Noelani's own past can come into play, and I joined the group there and saw there are a lot of players interested in it. So, getting some life into the place should be fun.

OTHER: There are a lot of story ideas the spring to mind, as Noelani intends to run this business legitimately... or attempt to. As a place for people to come to to get a massage, and the spa treatment, and the criminal element coming there for medical treatment, she risks a raid by the police. Especially since a lot of police will be her clients. certainly nothing like it is in DE, and there are many avenues for stories in it.
