PROPOSAL BY: Skormy Resident

GROUP NAME: Escape the Epidemic

FORUM ID:Skorm

MEMBERS: Oniedah Resident, Jaylah Sass, Jubi Juneberry, Mikaelabanes Resident

TYPE: Cult

BACKSTORY: Escape the Epidemic was made earlier on in the late 2000's, as a local group of friends who all had the same philosophy. Power corrupted, and the ones in power, grew more corrupt and abused it every chance they could get. They wanted to stop the spread of power, by getting more power themselves. In the end, they had been cast out, and killed. Every single one. But the people who had known them once before, would never forget the acts they had done, their ideals they had wanted to create, and the goals they had wanted to achieve. Three years later.... Rosh "Heartless" Ramsay has uncovered the secrets of the Epidemic. He interviewed other people, sometimes torturing, sometimes drugging. Either way, he stumbled upon the discovery and now he wants to bring about a new era. Instead of creating power to stop the corruption, he seeks to use it to corrupt every morale person in the city. Along with him, he recruits Jay Sass, and Jubi Dethly, both of his rape victims he had fucked once long ago, one pregnant with his child, Along the way, he picks up (Onie's Character's name, as well as MikaelaBanes[they have yet to give me their character names yet]) and the five of them begin to set up their plans. They know only the philosophy of the epidemic. They seek to try and erase corruption by corrupting others. To try and turn their eyes, to see the ideals they have invoked upon Dead End. They don't know Rosh's true plan for the city. They think that what they are doing is 'righteous' and will help the city. Rosh doesn't care about the city. All he wants is power. All he's ever wanted is power. But no matter how he achieves it, the group works as a team. The goal of this faction, this 'cult' is to achieve power and to corrupt the city in an effort to 'cleanse' it. It will be set up pretty simply, as people who will do whatever they need to do. As M9L is all about "Control" and "Enslavement", The Epidemic is all about "Anarchy" and "Chaos." Which is what they want to accomplish. They want the streets to be dangerous. They want the criminal element to come out at night. They want to OWN the night, and they want to show the police, the civilians, the government, hell, ANYBODY, that within Chaos, can come order. Only the strong can survive. Corrupting the innocent and making them 'slaves' to the town, to destroy and to torture, is what they want to accomplish. To do what must be done, is simple. Rather than trying to intimidate the other people by kidnapping, killing, torturing, etc. They intend, try to provoke a necessity of chaos within that persons mind. To kidnap someone and torture them would get information out of them, and make them fear you. But when you capture someone. And you give them an edge. When they think they can fight back. To keep them unrestrained. To torture them and make them hate the very people they've sworn to love. Chaos, can come from anything. Lies, Deceit, Anger, Hatred, Friendship, Trust. You corrupt that, you can corrupt anything. They want to create Chaos. Not only to 'balance' out the power struggle going on within DE, but to fulfill their side agendas as well. A way to get money. A way to set up kidnappings. A way to find their enemies. A way to keep secret. So in a nut shell, I shall summarize what we are about. Corruption, Chaos, Anarchy. We want people to go crazy, and instead of wanting to 'enslave' we want to 'expose' The Rank system would be simple, as within Chaos, there is no natural Hierarchy. "The Initiate": This is the beginning member, a person who was just invited to the group. The Initiate must earn the favor of the higher ranks, prove his loyalty to the group, and have the stomach to live the life each member must live with, while being with the Epidemic. "The Firestarter": This is the actual member of the group, who's proven their worth and their loyalty to the cult. These are the bread and butter of the group, and they'll do whatever it takes to please the leader and the officers. "The Hellraiser": This is the officers rank. The people who have stuck around for a very long time, and have proved their loyalty and their trust again and again to the cult. "The Inferno": The leader of the cult. There can only be one "Inferno" around at a time. The only way to become "The Inferno" is to kill the previous one to assume control of the group.

UNIQUE: This faction is based off of, 'Anarchy' and 'Chaos' from two popular movies that I've come to love, and intertwine the two with my own sense of an idea. The Dark Knight, and Fight Club. ICly, its about corrupting the people and promoting chaos and disorder around the city, trying to make it hard for the police to handle. OOCly, its set up to keep a great atmosphere of RP with other people, and to create backlash against M9L and the DEPD.

FLAW: The flaw of the faction, is we will be arrested with all the things we do all the time. And since it's chaotic, loyalty can be deceptive. To achieve a higher rank, deception is needed, therefore to deceive each other to succeed, will be the cause since one person has the potential to crash it all down.

POTENTIAL ENEMY: Other than Chaos and Anarchy and Disorder and Sex? Well....to quote a famous actor....This city deserves a better class of criminal. And I'm gonna give it to them!

EXP:Well, let's see. I've had a lot of experience in the leadership aspects, as well as role-play. Back when I played San Andreas Multi-player, to get an 'official' faction scripted, you had to be patient, and show how dedicated you were. Normally, it takes a very long time. My faction I ran, Dei Victorae, was a mafia based in the rich areas of Los Santos. The process, was slow at first. For the first three weeks, it was only two members. After that, we began to grow and my dedication and leader skills got us scripted within the first five months. I've held multiple leader spots across various games, role-plays, as well. Heres a small list of my leadership experience over the years. -Promoted to Role-play moderator on the forums for Champions of the Force. Later on, would go on to write up the 'Role-play Tips and Tricks' which gave insight onto character development, plot set ups, basis, and then how to join an RP. After which, led me to be Chief Role-play moderator of the Rp section. -Leader of a Scripted Faction/Mafia on SA-MP that went on for two years before I quit the game and moved on with RL. -Helped set up a group RP story arc on Star Wars: The Old Republic, that had around eighty members, all with different story arcs, all intermingling together to bring the entire guild a sense of RP. Led the guild, and the name was "The Frozen Flame" (Outside of RP) Guild Wars - Led multiple guilds to the top 100 on the guild ladder, one of them to the top 5, known as Team Quitter. Counter-Strike Source - Led a clan to CAL-Invite, and eventually CEVO-Main until we disbanded. World of Warcraft - Led a semi-successful guild of about eighteen players who raided constantly. The list goes on, this is just a brush up on the past eight years of my leadership capabilities.

IDEAS:I believe that I can bring some fun RP to people when a bunch of renegade people cause chaos around the town. Like small things where people throw stink bombs in public, to massive things with approval, such as blowing up a building, or kidnapping a high profile target and asking for money, only to burn it all down. The ideas can vary. But we plan to keep the entire populace of DE in mind when we plan each event.

OTHER:Other than Chaos and Anarchy and Disorder and Sex? Well....to quote a famous actor....This city deserves a better class of criminal. And I'm gonna give it to them!
