Yes this is a second proposal for Easy 8's, both will be taken into consideration for lead.

GROUP NAME: Easy Eight's Billards & Pool

BACKSTORY: I saw Easy Eight's as a great hang-out from the moment I began my life in Dead End City. I don't want to change the name of the business or the reason behind it, I want to build off of it. I want to turn what used to be a Bar and Billards establishment into something more like a CLUB in Dead End. My plans are to make the place into a bright, clean environment, unlike much of Dead End. I don't want to change TOO much about the place. I still want waiters/waitresses and barkeepers. If sexual activities (anything with bottom-half clothes being taken off) must take place, they should be done in the cellar, a specified place in the building for such. Drama should be kept low key, and taken outside if necessary. Easy Eight's Billards & Pool is already a very popular place to be. I believe that a manager is needed to run the place smoothly, and I know I'm the manager to do it. I don't want to change the fact that the jobs are barkeep and waitress, but I would like to add "dancer" if that's at all possible. My overall agenda in Dead End is to be the most successful, most powerful character in the city. Gaining control over establishments is only one way to get started.

UNIQUE: I've seen others try to build Clubs in Dead End, without much success. Most of the hang-outs in the area are bars, and I don't notice many/enough clubs to host events and such. Easy Eight's will be a place for everyone to meet and roleplay to their heart's desire. Everyone must stay in character, so if your character is someone who might be distructive of the environment I will be attempting to create, enter at your OWN risk. I want to add lights and move around the pool tables to make some space, furnish it a little better, and get some dancers in (if the place will let me edit). It'll be a fun, great place for people to hang out and take things to the next level. I know I'm right for this management, I know I can make Easy Eight's stand out in Dead End.

EXP:I don't have MUCH experience in Dead End, but I have quite the leadership experience. I've been on SL quite a bit since I started, and I know how to handle complicated situations without becoming the enemy myself. During my part-time jobs (part time because of school), my leadership and responsibility gained me the promotions that helped me get into better areas of work, just having that on my resume. I love to party, and I love going to raves... a little too much. But when things need a leader, I'm always there to smooth things out (and don't think I'm being immodest... I am, but I'm trying to get this job, aren't I? It's time to boast). My character in DE, Jane, isn't the most reliable person, she is a Deviant. She is a deviant in a way that she will do anything to be a complete success, and happily bring others down in the process. She is very deceiving, and will seem extremely nice until she feels the need to get rid of you, so none of this is OOC. And though she isn't so reliable, I AM. And when things get out of hand, all I need to do is send an OOC IM to the person causing the trouble, and sort it out through there. No need to make things public.

IDEAS:Eventually, on Fridays (the entire 24 hours of a Friday in EDT, as time zones are different), Easy Eight's can turn itself upside down into an extreme rave for all Dead End citizens. Lights will flash and music will pound. TGIF! On Sundays (Saturday nights are still date nights), the place can go from a rave to a classy establishment where a different kind of crowd can meet and enjoy a nice, time together. The cellar will be considered off-limits, though people can still enter it. I would rather they use the other end to enter on Saturdays.

OTHER:DEAD End City needs some LIFE. Even for Dead End, it's a little TOO dead, if that's even possible. There are many people, but the area is too quiet from people taking too long to type up paragraphs upon paragraphs of roleplay material. I think it needs a place lively, where people are constantly talking and you need to keep your paragraphs to a few sentences worth, and keep the roleplay flowing.
