BACKSTORY: I have been renting the apartment above "The Shelter" which was a shelter for battered women. Syn decided that it wasnt being used much for RP and decided to shut it down. I do believe that a shelter for the homeless and transients of Dead End might be a good addition. A place where they could shower, get a meal and bed down in relative safety.

UNIQUE: There is no place of this kind in DE City

EXP:Ive been in and out of DE City for a few years. I have lived within the rules and have tried to help others to RP and live relaxed, "no drama" lives throughout the city

IDEAS:Many people come to DE city not knowing here to go, what to do. Actually, an updated map of the city would be nice to be able to hand out but mainly a place for people to crash

OTHER:A shelter for transients might be a good place for the deviants of DE City to frequent for entertainment
