TYPE: Loan Sharking run by amoral perverts

BACKSTORY: Personal Service Finance Company is a storefront loan company specialising in Payday Loans, Secured Personal Loans and (rumor has it) providing cash loans to people who are "unbankable" but willing to provide certain personal services as collateral. PSFC is not in business to turn a profiit. The business was created as a means of collecting information on people who are financially distressed and desperate. Thus, so long as it breaks even on the loans, its owner would consider it a success so long as it identified people who could be used in exchange for cash. PSFC would be owned by Jillian Masters and administered by her and her attorney Ms. Rubi Riggles. They would be looking to hire other counter staff as well. Hidden Purpose: Jillian Masters is looking to identify people who would be willing to compromise their traditional morality for money. Such people might be asked to perform sexual favors for Jillian or other PSFC staff, or to perform some other task of a questionable nature. The "Personal Services" the desperate would be asked to render might start off small, but as they need money and come back, the magnitude would escalate. Jill is doing this not to make money from her "clients", but to satisfy her own twisted desire to control other people and "prove" her belief that people will eventually do anything for money. Role in the ongoing sim RP: Anyone wanting OOCly to be abused a bit can go to PSFC and take out a loan. Additionally, some of the tasks the victims are asked to perform will send them about the sim doing this or that. Hopefully, it will provide a conduit to the "I want to be abused" community and some cross-RP with other groups. Jill will also be looking to make an "arrangement" with an organized crime figure. She would be looking for protection and could provide them with a list of names of people who could be blackmailed into doing all sorts of things....

UNIQUE: PSFC will offer easy access to abuse to any victims seeking such. It would be a natural to interact with both Organized Crime as well as the police. Jillian ICly is growing more and more into a pervy gal who likes playing people for her own amusement, and that of itself would put a unique stamp on the businesses RP

EXP:I organise well, I have strong feelings about drama-free RP and am assertive but tactful about sharing those views. I also enjoy "bringing along" new RPers and the business I am proposing would be a good conduit for newbies

IDEAS:"Grooming" new RPers who come to the biz for RP. Organically growing RP as the biz gets deeper and deeper into the flesh of DE. This will never be a huge organized crime thing - just a small business run by a twisted gal who enjoys playing with her toys

OTHER:Most other sims I have been in have had a common set of problems; (1) a way to integrate new players and (2) there were always more victims than there were Abusers to service them. This business will help address those issues if they exist here
