Summary of Events:
Suspect was cornered by civilians (including eye witness Malcom Lokhart) when police were called. Sergeant Snow and myself arrived on scene shortly after the call came in as we weren't far from Lulu's at the time. I arrested the suspect without struggle and escorted him to the station where the suspect proceeded to inform me that his sexual contact with the victim was consentual (which contradicts evidence and the accounts of both the witness (Malcom Lokhart) and the victim (Anima).
Suspect was given medical attention for minor injuries and detained until CSU evidence and Sgt. Snow's invesitgation could be tallied. Upon the arrival of full evidence, I arrested the suspect on full charges of felony aggrivated sexual assault. Suspect is incarcerated and is to be given further medical attention for his wounds in the form of new stitches if needed, pain killers if needed, and antibiotics (all NPC'd).
Further Information:
What follows is the statement taken by Sgt. Snow from eye wtiness Malcolm Lokhart:
"Well first off the other day I found Anima in the next room over; she had forgotten who she was, who I was, and everything else. She seems to have amnesia, I tried to take her to the hospital but she would not go inside and she fled. I should have had her brought in by force, but I couldnt do it. Anyways, I saw her bound to the post here, and when that man let her down she struck him. Then I entered and he opened the trap door back here and ran."
