Summary of Events:
Suspect "came onto" the victim, when rejected he pursued her. She kicked him in the groin and then he proceeded to choke her. Donu Coba came to the woman's rescue and the woman that was assaulted called police. Police responded and apprehended suspect attempting to escape the scene and making verbal threats against both women. Officers took him to the station, fingerprinted and photo'd him and the placed him in a cell overnight to consider his actions.
