Gidget was born Victoria Allingham. Victoria grew up in a wealthy New England town. She did what was expected of her through adolescence. She was complacent, but Victoria felt separate from this world. She watched as one aquaintence after another married. That was not for her. She began attending college to allay the oppressive boredom of being upper class. This, too, failed to appeal. And so Victoria started engaging in more and more promiscuous behavior. Like many college girls she stripped, though not for extra cash. Victoria liked the power she felt, the power her body gave her. She had always known she did not want to become a married slave to some aristocratic bastard. Now Victoria knew what she wanted. She left college without a word to her family and adopted her stage name and persona. She heard about Dead End and wanted to see what the other half lived like...And how far she could rise among them.
