BACKSTORY: Deep in the darkest shadows comes the figment of nightmares. Code words and masks are all anyone ever knows of them. they never speak, they move quickly, like wisps of smoke grabbing the innocent off the streets and out of back alleys. Members are those people seen every day, the Phoenixes are just a whisper in the wind. they do not exists more then a mere mark they leave on their victims. Founded by Fae Bartavelle in order to help her business along, the need for unwilling victims to appease the masses meant finding unconventional ways to obtain them. She only enlists the help of those she finds to be helpful to her cause. Members receive their name from the leader when they are full members of the gang. They are not allowed to change or alter the name given to them. They must abide by the gang rules as they are to always wear a mask and never reveal who they really are. The leader will have two lieutenants under them, they are responsible for making sure that the other members have jobs and tasks to complete. All assignments will come from the leader and will be dictated by needs of the cover companies they run.

UNIQUE: Getting back to the dark, kidnapping storylines is important to helping grow DE. This group will do just that.

EXP:I am already a leader and have a good understanding of roleplay and Dead End.

IDEAS:I want to et back to the kidnap RP, bring in new victims and players that want the the BDSM/Kidnap aspect that the sim was founded on.

OTHER:This is the replacement for the Mad Pierrot MC which will no long exist.
