Hello everyone, a pleasure to meet you all! I'm playing as Desmond Galio, Des to his friends. He was once a military officer, until he became aware of some shady dealings involving his superiors. He thought he was protecting the integrity of the military when he went public with the knowledge, leading to the prosecution of the officers involved, but he instead found himself ostracized from his peers, and was instead discharged, with a reputation as something of a rat.

Given his skill set, he's come to Dead End seeking a job in law enforcement, completely out of options in other cities, given his reputation. Des will be a rather conflicted character, caught between his desire to uphold the law and do good, and his anger and jadedness about the treatment he's received for doing nothing more than being an upstanding citizen. Who knows how long he'll keep to his values, with the vices of the city paraded in front of him on a daily basis?
