BACKGROUND: My character has a huge fondness for music. She feels like a record store is just what this grimy city needs. I would do my best to get fun events to bring more attention and RP to this community. Some ideas I have would be like deals on records and maybe parties where people can come and hang and listen to some live music. I have the software to DJ, so if it's possible I can provide said live music. I want to all and all make it a fun and chill laid back environment to work in. My character is all for rewarding people who show commitment and passion in their work. She is a nice laid back person and will give anyone a chance who has a real love for music. After all she wants people to be here for more than just a paycheck.

UNIQUE: One thing I would do to make the place stand out is to have a weekly party where people can come chill and listen to great live music. Maybe even offer some "stuff" on the side to some of the more regular and trusted customers and employees to take home to enjoy their music that little bit more if you catch my drift.

EXPERIENCE:Well I haven't really done much as far as a leader goes, but I am nice and welcoming and always looking forward to meeting new people and getting them involved with what I would like to achieve. So I would want to make it a team effort. I'll give the direction, but I am not against hearing feedback or suggestions for the people I will be working with.

IDEAS:I will make it a priority to meet and greet every new person that decides to join the team. Give them the run down on what I hope to achieve and let them know how they can help and things they can do themselves to bring even more RP.

OTHER:I think I would kick it off with the first big party with live music and drinks a plenty. Not only that, but offer a free record that the person chooses to the first 5 or 10 people in the door and maybe even have a raffle that people can sign up for when they come into the door and at the end of the party one of those people will win a brand new record player.
