BACKGROUND: I think Dicks serves a purpose in Dead End,a place for the down on their luck, the derelicts. Those that don't have money for high rent shacks, it is a safe haven for the Innocents.. the Prostitutes/Escorts who bring their gentleman or lady callers for tea. But all this comfort will come at a price.Taja would reach out to the escort businesses in person , or as she refers to them whores. I see all manner of crime and mayhem that could happen here, Blackmail videos! For a price an unseemly Lurker could be let into the room of sweet young thing . Perhaps your faction is looking for .. victims ,, The Inn would be happy to give you a call .. for a price. Taja is a Cajun girl and would reserve the right to curse any room at any time. . I realize the challenges of creating and maintaining roleplay. Perhaps the biggest challenge is building and maintaining a staff to begin with. I believe in communication OOCly and Icly , Keep the employees informed , make them a part of the planning process , bounce ideas off them , I would want to build a good working relationship.

UNIQUE: Dicks stands out as in it is the one " nice" place you can get away to for an hour or so and bask in the atmosphere. Even enjoy relations if so inclined. Though it's possible someone in the next room is watching you on CCTV

EXPERIENCE:A recent graduate with a degree in Mathematics and a Minor in philosophy , Unemployable in the real world! But I am a planner I think ahead and I communicate well and though my character is sort of a cunt OOCly I talk to everyone.

IDEAS:Communication, reaching out , welcoming them to the TEAM because that's what each business is in SL . a Team that is a small part of the rest of this SL world that is DE .

OTHER:My vison for the grand opening is something inflatable in the Parking lot , given the season perhaps haunted bouncy house , but a costume event, Theme to be decided , but imagining sort of fancy Victorian meets horror .. Willing women and men dressed to perfection the doors of the Inn wide open .. No Dick should be only halfway in that night !
