BACKGROUND: I intend to take jade dragon into a new era of RP. The Jade dragon will be Asian biased, completely racist towards it's employees, who said Equal Opportunity works? (We will hire any race, but non-asians will get pressured for obvious reasons). Jade Dragon will stretch it's roots with my ownership to illegal firearm and drug distribution behind the facade of an Japanese restaurant, falling into powers yet unknown of Asian syndicates. Providing further crime and despair to the citizens and factions of DE. Employees will all be a part of this, tasked with finding new "customers" and dealing appropriately, spying and listening to all forms of content that take place within the confines of the Jade Dragon and reporting it all back to their "manager". Katsushiro is a go-getter, someone who constantly takes advantage of the opportunities given to him. He's intentionally come to DE looking to expand his family business in gun and drug trading, a Japanese restaurant, as "Movie Generic" as it may seem, would be the perfect mask for getting all the right connections.

UNIQUE: As stated in the direction of the business, Jade Dragon would be a front, like many other companies in DE. However, it would specifically deal in Japanese syndicate trade, such are firearms and drugs, all illegal of course and all the darker allies that this type of life would bring, murder, extortion, spy rings, possibly prostitution.

EXPERIENCE:I have experiences in both inside and outside of SL as leadership. I run my own IT Solutions company as well as a Professional Gaming team for Rainbow Six Siege that I captain. I am good at leadership, responsibility and devotion in ultimately, everything that I do.

IDEAS:I plan to engage them with open arms and a "welcoming" attitude. Employees that work for my company will be vetted intensely until Katsu can figure out if they are trusted or not. new players, depending on their purpose in the shop, we would serve them as appropriate customers, while still holding our shady appearance towards all outsiders, but obviously eavesdropping as we seek active "Customers" for our "under the table business."

OTHER:An Asian parade maybe? Find some big long flying dragons, crazy fireworks show and the like, sushi bar and some saki keg stands (joking) I would kick it up and do a very focused Asian theme'd Block party of sorts.
