BACKGROUND: Ichabod’s Head Shop will be the finest purveyor of Drug Paraphernalia in Dead End. Chris has been in Dead End a while and has been working at Spunk R' Us for a while. He noticed that there was a distinct lack of smoking apparatuses in the place, and decided that if they weren’t going to sell, he would. The Ideal location would be next to the DMV, with the open area consisting of a couch with a hookah, a counter with paraphernalia and other “Tobacco” products (Remember kids, you can’t call it a bong, it’s a ‘Tobacco Water Pipe’). The place would offer an intimate space to conduct legitimate business and to hang out. We would probably offer Alcoholic Drinks and Hookah. The Backroom is where the more illicit business is conducted. It would have a space for a small growing operation, a table to gamble and conduct Marijuana distribution, and a small bed. Possible story lines involve getting the local gang population to offer loans, if the bank doesn’t cooperate, setting up supply lines, and extortion from local gangs, also as a means in which to distribute harder drugs. Maybe a Partnership with Pizza Slut???
