BACKGROUND: This is a little addition to the Yheng Transport office in the RLD to draw more rp to this part of DE. Until now the office had a small canteen for the employees. I want to make this part of the office (ground floor) a public eatery for the people who visit the RLD. It will be a small restaurant in which Ming Yheng herself cooks authentic Chinese meals and serves them for competitive prices. No classy and fashionable restaurant, the RLD is no place for that. See it as a simple place with two tables, a few chairs and an open kitchen, no frills but excellent food, Ming is a very good cook (as long as she stays within the Chinese cuisine). The Yheng Transport office will remain, of course, the key business and will stay on the top floor where it already is located.
