Something I'm awful at, is letting prisoners who are for some reason at DEMH know that they are restrained the entire time they are there, in addition to being under guard.

We might want to have a standard set of disclosures, something we hadn out that says "yes you get fed, yes you get a shower, yes you use the toilet, if you go for medical treatment you are restrained at all times. you get everything you had on you back except weapons drugs and other illegal shit..." etc.
