BACKGROUND: One of the most important things that is needed in order for a business to thrive is outreach within the community that supports it. My IC is currently well qualified do to her experience providing assistance to the editor at the Daily IC.

UNIQUE: In RL, businesses thrive by great customer service and dedication to ensuring that they feel welcomed and supported. Often by providing sponsored community events at times and actively encouraging current employees to recruit new employees to be employed, helps to foster a loyal continuing customer base. One of the ways that I will help this is through the use of using pizza delivery to reach out in the community instead of players coming to the business primarily. This way this will encourage additional and more creative role-play experience by allowing our employees to be able to contact some of our more isolated or shy citizens by developing a connection with someone in a business for a possible ongoing role-play story. An initial idea right off the top of my head is the use of pizza delivery to the citizens in the city so that the employees can have a varied experience with their RP in the city by either choosing to remain working that day in the restaurant or delivering for a shift.

EXPERIENCE:OOC, I have over 15+ years experience in management at various levels (from lower to upper), have a Bachelors in Science in Psychology with an Emphasis in Child & Adolescent Psychology, a Masters in Business Administration and Masters in Human Resources, currently attending a doctoral program in Leadership in Education with an Emphasis in Behavioral Health in Elementary and Secondary Settings. Currently, I am working as a therapist and a Clinical Director for a behavioral health agency that specializes in Children and Adolescents and have worked as a Middle and High School Science and Business teacher for 5 years. I have additional certifications in Juvenile Justice, Trauma and Neglect Counseling and Addictions Counseling. I have supervised teams of therapists and case managers in middle to large behavioral health agencies and as a teacher, I have to provide classroom management, support for families, maintain paperwork for grading and for parents and make sure that I am a leader in the school by making sure that families and the children feel supported, listened to and try to be as proactive in identifying problems as quickly as possible and develop a resolution to them.

IDEAS:I plan to implement some of my skills as a RL leader within behavioral health and education by having weekly to bimonthly meetings to see what problems that players in the business are having and try to encourage roleplay ideas from them.

OTHER:I would develop a street party event along with another business to help promote the name. I think that would be most appropriate for the type of business that I would be managing.
