COMPLAINT

DEMAND FOR JURY

Civil Action
No. 9393

CIVIL RIGHTS COMPLAINT FOR FALSE ARREST, EXCESSIVE FORCE, RESISTING ARREST, CONSPIRACY TO VIOLATE CIVIL RIGHTS, DEFAMATION, DEADLY FORCE

STATEMENT OF THE CASE

1. On December 22, 2014, the plaintiff, while dashingly dressed as Tuxedo Santa Clause, left Dick’s Halfway Inn in order to spread Christmas cheer. Deciding to take a run, the plaintiff remembers hearing a loud engine, before ultimately feeling a large metal bumper smash into the back of his leg. The driver of the van was Barley Alsop while Tarra Thorton was in the passenger seat. After being hit, the plaintiff was then searched, arrested, and chained to the back of a cop car that a NPC Officer Phil drove into the RLD to give Barley. Once leashed to the back of the cop car, the plaintiff was then dragged through the city with Barley Alsop driving and Tarra Thorton singing carols to passerby’s. The plaintiff remembers hearing a witness who he knows is named Allie Fairchild, who is also supposedly a victim of some of Brett’s alleged crimes. The plaintiff was shouting out in pain, and wincing as his body scrapped against the concrete, and his santa hat rubbed downward which ended up blinding him. Nearly choked to death by the leash tightening around his throat, the plaintiff hit metal sign post after metal sign post while suffering dark bruises, vicious scrapes, and broken bones. Eventually, Barley Alsop decided to quickly, and most abruptly stop, before reversing the large car into the plaintiff’s ever-bruising body. She did this in front of a flock of people while Tarra Thorton exchanged words with them. At this point, the plaintiff fell unconscious from blunt force trauma to the head. He was then put into jail, refused the hospital, and beaten before being let out. During his stay at the hospital, the plaintiff took the time to recuperate, and tried to heal. As outlined in the Dead End City Daily News (see attachment 1.), the plaintiff has suffered both physically, and mentally because of the sheer disregard for his life by officers swearing under the oath of the law. Plaintiff seeks compensatory and punitive damages, an injunction, and expungement.
