Hi Folks, do jail times get added together or does the highest crime Count?

Example, someone is seen Standing on the street with a bottle of wine and doing nothing, well you think that is no crime? Would I Play a cop I could see:
-public intoxication (3 hours)
-loitering (3h)
-disorderly conduct (3 hours)

= so would that be still 3 hours or 3+3+3= 9 hours jail?
