BACKGROUND: I have read the proposals of the previous manager of the pizza sluts. as well as the talked to her a lot. I really enjoyed a lot of her vision but unfortunately it seems she left to realize it. I really do want this to become the hooters of DE. Not just necessarily for the men but also for the woman. I am a very open person and having a variety of sex/genders being able to work here in a position that suits there character best is something that I strongly want to do. I want this to be a place where people will be able to make their characters swoon over some good looking pizza 'sluts' (the way the waiters are called) and have them dress is some clothing which allows that. I already have created the male uniform for pizza slut which is currently in use, the only thing is I don't have a female version for both security and the slut so that is something I want to work at. I additionally want to allow people to immerse in RP working here so go as far as filling out an IC application form or such which is something that I heard other employees say that they would enjoy (in one of the employee meetings I had with the previous manager('boss' title). My character would fit right in as management. He is already head slut (read head waiter/cashier) and it would just be another promotion up. It would make perfect since he has worked there for a good amount of time and he gets along well with the other employees who are there. I would make my employees feel welcome and being in such a centered place it is very important. I believe one of the most important aspects is to make sure that the rp is there and that you are able to work on bringing customers there and working there yourself to help keep some RP going. I would also make sure that there is a balance in the workload on the busier times so for example if I'm serving a customer I would let someone else serve another or have my character instruct there's to go and serve someone to go and make sure there is a balance and that everyone feels included. Basically for the events, One of the events that was thought of was to have some sort of event with the a shelter. Having a bit of a charity act so that people there can have some enjoyable food with good looking people serving it too. This was something I want to discuss further with the owners of the charity in question but that was one of the ideas that I had. I'd think it would be a cool thing to have to try and promote both the shelter and pizza sluts at the same time. A few events are being thought up of and are in the works such as a special event when you order a pizza if you guess the pizza that is the 'chosen' one (by management') it would come with some special reward. I'm not quite sure of what the reward would be but there are a few things that being thought of already and I am going to be thinking more of the specific for that. Another Idea that was thought of for quite awhile in Pizza Slut was the eating contest and I will look into bringing this to a reality. I might not to do it too soon though if other business' are doing theres so I'd have to look into that. These are just some ideas, of course I will keep trying to think of ideas and expanding on them and really making as many interesting ones as I can but I did think giving a few examples was a good idea to show you I have some in the bank and to be ready to have some events.

UNIQUE: I find that pizza slut in itself is already unique. The idea is awesome and it's one of those places that you can go for a fun rp. There is no backstory, no kidnapping. It' s just a pizza slut. A pizza place with hot men and woman in hot uniforms serving you. That's the essence of the place and I believe it's one that can easily be integrated in many people's story's. It will also have fun events of course and will try to make deals with others who are hosting events to try to get it's name out there. If an event is not taking place at a food establishment then why not try and talk to the person organizing it to try and be the one to cater right? Basically that is the uniqueness, it's a mobile place, is going to have unique uniforms and it's going to be the "Hooters" of DE just as it's meant to be.

EXPERIENCE:Well I have been the head of security for a voice sex lounge which has helped me learn a lot about secondlife. I have learned a lot about different tools and different ways to talk to people to help them. Especially when working as a leader position you need to know this and you need to know what motivates people. I have also rpd in DE for quite a few months so I really got to know people including some leaders and being able to watch the way they handle situations as a spectator perspective is good because I get to learn from those who already are getting the hang of the loop. I've rp'd quite a bit and finally I have been in the shoes of the rpers that can work here. I have worked at pizza sluts specifically, I know what it feels like to be the new guy in town. I know how hard it is to get rp story's going when you're new. It's all things that I am aware of so I'll be able to use that knowledge to help the people either visiting the pizza sluts or working here.

IDEAS:I would help new players who come onto the sim and don't know where they are, like I already have. I would see if there is any help that they need or if they have any questions. I would further more look at there questions and helped them based on it. I wouldn't try to necessarily try to be pushy with the position but instead I would tell them that it's an option among others and allow them to have a true choice with all of the business. Although I'd like to have employees and such for my own, I believe it's important to let the rper decide what's best for them and I believe you get better 'employees' that way. To engage people who sing up to my business I would simply follow the idea of making sure they get rp. I'd try to be active when I can be online which might not fit everyone's time zone of course. I would let them go through an interview process and be able to go all out with rping with them and making them feel like they are engaged. I would make sure to talk to them while I am there and not to treat any of them different.

OTHER:I was thinking of maybe having some thanksgiving event....I was thinking of having some special turkey pizza, still haven't thought of a cool name for it though and cold pasta being on the menu, as well as maybe even having a special bundle that people can order that includes a few of these items and some sort of drink in a package to further the idea. I believe it'd be fun because as a Canadian it would be a second time celebrating thanksgiving and it would probably fit right in with the time it would take for this proposal to pass, if it does pass and to allow enough time to prepare and advertise for it .
