SUMMARY
Det. Alsop and I responded to a call over the Emergency Services radio from Anjel regarding a knife attack against him. Upon arrival, Anjel was slumped against the fence, a man (Mario Gymanst) standing over him. Det. Alsop and I drew our tazers, but Anjel identified him as a witness. We holstered our tazers, and the witness pointed in the direction in which the suspect fled. Det. Alsop questioned the witness and victim, while I searched the alley, finding a blood trail. During this time, DEFD Chief Melangell Dylasari-Bellic (koosh.lilliehook) arrived to tend to Anjel\'s wounds, consisting of a gash to the chest, and a slash on his forearm. I collected a swab, then gave it to Det. Alsop. The description given by both Anjel and Mario matched that of Cade Constantin, whom Barley had cited for jaywalking earlier. Upon showing the witness dash cam footage, he made a positive ID of the suspect. Victim\'s wounds were treated at the scene by Chief Dylasari-Bellic, not taken to DEMH.
