BACKGROUND: Well, it's a porn shop...so I'd run it like a porn shop. It doesn't really need a large group--just a few people. The fact that it has a relief room in the back makes it a decent front for clandestine planning--two people come out of that room after a long time alone together, everyone pretty much has an assumption what they're doing.

UNIQUE: I wouldn't make it stand out at all. Folks don't spend time hanging around a porn shop, there's that whole culture of shame regarding it. People go into porn shops alone, they make their purchases alone, etc. Eph's a schemer, a place as inconspicuous as a porn shop is the perfect locale to stage all sorts of activities out of.

EXPERIENCE:I mean...I'm Eph. Better or worse, I kinda feel like all that info's already on the table.

IDEAS:The best businesses have employees who are knowledgeable and authoritative on the focus of that business--to that end, I'd obviously have to make sure that potential employees were able to properly educate customers.

OTHER:I'd see about linking up with the Dark Room for a joint weekend or something--if I did an event at all. Like I said, it's a porn shop--spectacle is kind of the opposite of the intent.
