warumono-modesaidHello DE! This has bee brought to my attention and I would like to know what others think so that we can continue to keep a fair, fun environment for all. The DEPD is corrupt, we all know this. It's almost expected to be fucked over for something you didn't do. However, I do think it fair that if you are going to come at a player under false accusations and book them/charge them/write them up/etc., OOC consent would be nice. For example: Currently am involved in a storyline where Kyo is being blamed for something he did not do. Both Van and Kerri (and Lidia who plotted against me in the first place) came to me asking about it, which I am very grateful for, it didn't even occur to me. I agreed to be questioned/processed/jailed for some fun RP I don't normally get to do ever. However since it IS a false charge, I do not want it on my record, nor do I want it affecting my street cred. There have been a few complaints about players being jailed for something they didn't do and being forced to wait out their time for 3 days, interrupting other RP opportunities. Yes not everything in RP is planned and I do myself love the aspect f surprise but if it's corrupt/fake, just a little OOC permission would be nice. What do you guys think? |
