I would like to suggest an idea I have for business leads....I have seen many times, and also been guilty of, where someone takes over a business and, while they start off well and with good intentions, the businesses are after time, sitting vacant a lot or the leader is nowhere to be found. I think it would be a good idea to, perhaps on a quarterly basis, for the admins/GM's to look at each business and take a vote if the person should remain in the position, perhaps needs a warning, or should be removed from the position. I also think it would be helpful for all business leaders to know "After X amount of time without word from you either on sim or in the forums, you will be removed". I think this would help our businesses remain more active and also encourage the leaders to be more active with their businesses.
