Mariah grew up in a shitty small town, her family broken down and bitter. In her teens she realized how much her family was falling apart: her father a drunk, and addicted to xanax, and her mother always sleeping around and bringing random men over during the day. Ever since she was young, she wanted to do her best to get away. Boys always tried to make her feel smaller than she was, especially after she turned fourteen, and because of this she never took anyone's crap. As she began to grow she began to become hormonal. Her heart was cold, though, and she couldn't ever get attached to anyone. She started sleeping around and desperately wanted to fall in love, be rescued by some knight in shining armor. He never came. By the time she graduated, her father was being actively abusive. She decided to travel until she found a spot to stay. 18 and she took all her parents money, and left. A little sad they barely noticed, even worse they felt she was better off. Two years later and she's suddenly in Dead End.
Mariah is out spoken, she isn't afraid of her own voice. She is very open, but she isn't easily attached to people. She\'s unreliable, and has a hard exterior, but only because she hasn't found anyone to be reliable for, or to let inside of her life. She is a little manipulative, and does her best to just enjoy the day as it comes.
