Could not agree for a more suited person in DE to run the Spunks. Mitt is a great roleplayer and I think Mitt could bring something new to the plate.

I think this is great! I like the idea of having Roi take over the Diner. Seems like a nice place to RP with alot of opportunites that I think Roi could bring out into light.
