If you havent seen the main sim, its currently waist deep in snow, this is part of a sim wide plot that will last threw the weekend and if it goes over well maybe a little longer. PD will be going around boarding up business's today as the storm worsens. Power outages threw town, the only place in the city with power will be the Hospital/Asylum, back up generators, some extra food brought in before travel was restricted. Dead End will be in a state of Emergency, the DEMH will be set up as shelter for everyone, limited beds, but heat and blankets. The asylum will be there as well, PD will focus on keeping the peace in the hospital, if you end up down in the asylum, your pretty much on your own. Hope everyone enjoys.
